5User content

Third-party insurers and consultant supply final offers; their terms apply to issued policies. If a dispute arises over a policy, resolution typically involves the insurer and policyholder directly.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate terms, engage in fraud, or for legal and security reasons. Termination may remove access to stored quotes and account history.

Upon termination, you may lose access to stored preferences and saved quotes. We retain necessary records as required by law and for dispute resolution.

12Privacy and data

13Communications
